You need a franchise manager to run your franchise system efficiently. It helps you attract new partners, support existing partners, monitor quality standards and simplify communication. Without such software, management becomes very time-consuming from around 10 locations.

How does a store check work?

A store check works like this: A field representative or mystery shopper visits a branch and evaluates it using a digital checklist on a tablet or smartphone. Results are transferred to the cloud immediately. The franchisor can view evaluations in real time and react quickly to problems.

What does franchise software cost?

Costs for franchise software like hyperspace start at around 199 euros per month for small systems. The exact price depends on the number of locations and the modules required. Most providers charge a monthly fee per location or user. We are happy to advise you individually.

Can I manage contracts with hyperspace?

Yes, with hyperspace you can manage all types of contracts. The integrated contract management stores franchise agreements, lease and rental contracts centrally. The system automatically reminds you of notice periods and renewal dates so you do not miss important deadlines.

Is there an app for store checks?

Yes, there is a mobile app for store checks. The hyperspace app is available for iOS and Android and also works offline. You can fill in checklists, take photos and capture signatures. Once you are back online, all data is synchronised automatically.

How can I train my franchise partners?

You can train your franchise partners via the integrated e-learning module. There you upload training videos, documents and quizzes. Partners can access the content at any time and track their progress. As a franchisor, you see who has completed which training.

Can I send newsletters to my partners?

Yes, you can send newsletters and serial emails directly from hyperspace. The system is integrated with CleverReach. You can send personalised emails to individual partners or groups. All mailings are documented so you can see who received what.

Where is my data stored?

Your data is stored in German data centres. hyperspace is certified Software Hosted in Germany. This means all servers are located in Germany and are subject to strict German data protection laws. Data never leaves the EU.

Is the software GDPR-compliant?

Yes, hyperspace is fully GDPR-compliant. We have a data processing agreement, all data is transmitted and stored encrypted, and you can export or delete data at any time. As a German company, we take data protection seriously.

Do I need to install anything on my computer?

No, you do not need to install anything. hyperspace is a cloud software that runs entirely in the browser. You only need a modern web browser such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge and an internet connection. Updates are applied automatically.

Does the app work without internet?

Yes, the store check app also works offline. You can fill in checklists and take photos even when you have no reception. Once you are back online, all data is synchronised automatically. This is especially practical in basements or remote locations.

How long does setup take?

Setting up hyperspace typically takes two to four weeks. During this time we configure your system, import your data and train your staff. For simple requirements it can be faster. We support you throughout the rollout.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, we offer a free demo. You can get to know hyperspace in a live presentation and ask any questions. Afterwards you can request a trial access to try the software yourself. Simply contact us for an appointment.

How do I reach support?

You can reach our support by phone on +49 4421-209407-0 or by email at support@hyperspace.de. Our support team is based in Germany and speaks German. We usually respond within a few hours. There is an emergency hotline for urgent cases.

Can I switch from another software?

Yes, you can switch from another software to hyperspace without any problem. We support you with data import and take over your existing contacts, contracts and documents. The migration is accompanied by our team so that no data is lost.

Yes, hyperspace is ideally suited for hospitality franchise. The software offers dedicated functions for HACCP documentation, hygiene checks and temperature monitoring. Well-known hospitality customers such as BackWerk and Ditsch already use hyperspace successfully.

Yes, hyperspace is perfect for retail franchise. You can check visual merchandising, carry out inventories and document product presentation. The mobile app enables store visits with photo documentation and immediate evaluation.

Are there features for bakeries?

Yes, hyperspace offers dedicated features for branch bakeries. With Checkity, our temperature monitoring, you monitor cold chains in line with HACCP. In addition, you can document production audits, hygiene checks and raw material intake checks digitally.

How does hyperspace help with service franchise?

For service franchise such as fitness, beauty or cleaning, hyperspace offers mystery shopping to assess service quality, customer satisfaction surveys and a partner portal for training and communication. This ensures consistent service standards.

Pricing & Licensing

What are the minimum costs for hyperspace?

The most economical plan is Economy from 55 euros per month. This is suitable for small franchise systems with up to 10 partners. For growing systems we recommend the Business plan from 329 euros per month with more features and unlimited users.

Can I buy hyperspace instead of renting?

Yes, hyperspace is also available as a purchase version. The licence starts at 33,333 euros one-off. With this option you operate the software on your own server and have full control over your data. Maintenance and support can be added optionally.

Are there hidden costs?

No, there are no hidden costs with hyperspace. The rental price already includes updates, hosting, backups and technical support. Additional costs only arise if you want optional modules such as temperature monitoring or customisations.

What is the notice period?

The notice period is one month to the end of the month for monthly billing. With annual billing you save money but are committed for one year. There is no minimum contract term for the first month – so you can start without risk.

Integration & Interfaces

Can hyperspace be connected to other systems?

Yes, hyperspace offers numerous interfaces. You can import data from ERP systems, send newsletters via CleverReach and integrate documents from other sources. We provide a REST API for custom integrations.

Is there a link to accounting software?

Yes, hyperspace can export data for your accounting. You can export partner data, contract information and billing in CSV format and import it into common accounting programmes. Direct interfaces are available on request.

Does hyperspace work with my CRM?

hyperspace has its own integrated CRM developed specifically for franchise requirements. You can also import data from other CRM systems. We develop custom interfaces to your existing CRM if required.
